PATCH Center

The PATCH Center is a School Based Health Clinic formed through collaboration between Hannibal School District #60 and Clarity Healthcare. The purpose of these services is to make healthcare accessible and affordable to all Hannibal School Districts students, faculty, staff, and retired staff who continue to receive insurance benefits by maintaining a working health care center on the Hannibal School District premises.

  • Nurse Practitioner

  • Licensed Nurse

  • Licensed Counselor(s)

  • Community Support Worker/Receptionist
